Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Bakersfield, California only. Please wait until you receive pickup confirmation before arriving.

Processing Times

Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.

Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time will be processed as though they were placed on the following business day. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

During sales, promotions, holidays, and new product launches, processing times may be longer than usual.

Shipping

We currently offer shipping within the continental United States.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and apply per order and shipping address. Only one shipping address may be entered per checkout. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, separate orders must be placed.

Enjoy free ground shipping on qualifying orders of $150 or more.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Tracking & Carrier Delivery

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and package handling are outside of Bianca & Bear’s direct control.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

• Check around your property and all possible delivery locations
• Check with household members and nearby neighbors
• Allow up to 48 hours, as carriers may occasionally mark packages as delivered before the actual drop-off

If your package is still missing, please contact us so we can assist you with the carrier claim process when applicable. Carrier investigations and claim decisions are subject to the carrier’s policies and are not guaranteed.

Bianca & Bear is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

Bianca & Bear is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or returned packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes to the shipping address.

Returned-to-Sender Packages

If a package is returned to Bianca & Bear due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to retrieve the package from the carrier, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Free Shipping Terms

Free shipping is valid on purchases of $150 or more made at www.biancaandbear.com before shipping, handling, and taxes are added.

Free shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories and cannot be applied to previous purchases. Free shipping will be automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout.
