Return Policy

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States. Economy shipping is free on qualifying orders of $150 or more.

Shipping charges apply per order and are displayed at checkout. Please allow approximately 2–3 business days for order processing. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Pacific Time are generally processed as though they were placed on the following business day.

Once your order is processed, we’ll send a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Returns & Exchanges

We want your Bianca & Bear pieces to fit comfortably. If your purchase isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned for store credit using a complimentary return label, or exchanged subject to availability.

To be eligible, items must be returned within 15 days of purchase in the same condition in which they were received: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

To start a return or exchange, email info@biancaandbear.com. Return requests are generally processed within 48 hours. Once approved, return instructions and a label will be sent by email.
